       Mutual fund sales charges also can be describe as loads. we can describe mutual funds come into two broad categories. which consist of sales charge is called load funds, and which does not consist of sales charge are called no-load funds.Funds that use brokers to sell their shares typically compensate the brokers. Funds may do this imposing a fee on investors known as a sales load. Which is paid to the selling brokers.

Load Funds: Funds that can be purchased without a sales charge are called no-load funds. Entry load is charged at the time an investor purchases the units of scheme. A load is a fee charged for the purchase or sale of a mutual fund. These are marketing fees paid up front at the time of the investment. These load fund is a fee charged for the purchase or sale of mutual fund. It charged upon purchase of fund shares are called front end loads and loads charged upon the of a mutual fund are called back end loads. 

No Load Funds: No load fund simply means that you can buy the mutual fund at any time without a commission or sales charge. Some companies such as banks and broker dealers may charge their own fees for the sale and redemption of third party mutual funds. No-load funds have lower average expense ratios than load funds and lower expenses generally translate into higher returns. This is because the expenses to manage the mutual fund portfolio come directly out of the gross returns of the fund.

Comparison Between Load and No Load Funds

           Load funds is for sure they may or not make you wealthy, but they will definitely make the broker who sells them to you rich. In loads you may loss commissions, and you lose a set percentage right off the top. In asian marketing, marketers charges a five percentage as a load fund for a year, in returning sixteen percentage.

          No load funds do not have an front end sales charge, but they do carry redemption fees if you redeem shares with in a certain number of years. The relaxation fee declines each year until it phases out entirely. No load funds also does not consist marketing fees.
